Curse Fighter - Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 17, 2026
Curse Fighter ("the game") is developed by Halit Kus (Merloto), Krefeld, Germany ("we"). This policy explains what data is processed when you play the game on Android.
1. No account, no personal profile
The game has no user accounts. We do not ask for your name, e-mail address, contacts, photos or precise location, and we do not run our own servers that receive your data. Your progress, settings and revive tokens are stored only on your device and are deleted when you uninstall the game.
2. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The game shows banner ads in the menus and optional rewarded video ads (to revive after dying). Ads are provided by Google AdMob (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC). To deliver, measure and limit ads, Google may process:
- your device's advertising ID and other device identifiers,
- IP address and the approximate location derived from it,
- device and app information (model, OS version, language, app version),
- ad interactions (impressions, clicks) and diagnostic data.
Users in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent through Google's consent form (User Messaging Platform) before personalised ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time with the PRIVACY button in the main menu. If you decline, Google may still show non-personalised ads, which use data only for limited purposes such as frequency capping, fraud prevention and aggregated reporting. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads).

3. In-app purchases (Google Play Billing)
Revive tokens can be bought as optional in-app purchases. Payments are processed entirely by Google Play; we never see your payment details. We only receive a purchase confirmation from Google Play so the tokens can be added in the game.
4. Legal basis (GDPR)
Personalised advertising is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Non-personalised ads and purchase processing are based on our legitimate interest in financing the free game and on the performance of the purchase contract (Art. 6(1)(f) and (b) GDPR).
5. Children
The game is not directed at children under 13 and contains fantasy violence. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Because we do not store your data ourselves, requests about advertising data are best directed to Google; we are happy to help.
